Crane Track Shoe

What are track shoes?

Core Functions:

• Support Weight: Directly in contact with the ground, bearing the entire weight of the crane.

• Provide Traction: Increases friction with the ground, driving the tracked crane forward, backward, and turning, preventing slippage.

• Protect the Ground: Distributes the weight of the machine over a larger area, reducing ground pressure and preventing the machine from sinking into soft ground. It also protects paved surfaces from damage.

• Protect the Undercarriage: As a wear component, it withstands direct impact and wear from the ground, protecting more expensive internal components such as the drive sprockets, track rollers, and sprockets.
